The Springs of El Dorado is looking for a skilled and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this key role, you’ll work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver personalized care that helps residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.
What You’ll Do:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist with implementing individualized care plans focused on functional improvement
Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
Document therapy sessions accurately and timely
Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs
What You Bring:
Active Arkansas PTA license
Solid clinical and interpersonal skills
