The Springs at Beaverton is currently seeking a compassionate, organized, and driven Resident Services Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) plays a central role in supporting residents’ care needs and ensuring clear communication among residents, families, and staff. This role works closely with the community nurse and care team to coordinate services, track changes in care, and ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality support. If you are an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for senior care, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and families regarding care and service coordination
- Communicate changes in care plans to nursing and caregiving teams
- Monitor charting, communication logs, and care updates for accuracy and follow-through
- Coordinate appointments with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Support service planning and care transitions
- Assist with staff scheduling and coverage as needed
- Provide leadership and support to the Health Services team
- Maintain compliance with documentation and internal processes

Qualifications
- Senior care experience preferred
