Job Description - Tuesday through Saturday
As a Community Relations Director , you will be a trusted resource for seniors and families exploring independent living, assisted living, and memory care opportunities. You will provide tours to potential residents, follow up on inquiries, assist seniors through the move-in process, and help organize community events. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with local partners and businesses to support our sales and outreach efforts.
This established and beautiful community has 178 wonderful apartment homes and a variety of amenities, including restaurant-style dining, pub, fitness, activities, and so much more!
Responsibilities :
- Develop plans and execute strategies for generating business to achieve occupancy and sales goals.
- Create a culture of success and positivity.
- Define sales and community outreach plans.
- Track data related to customer and prospect interactions.
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback.
- Work closely with The Springs Living marketing team to establish local marketing initiatives.
