About The Role
The Springs Living is seeking a Temporary Senior Data Entry Speciliast. This temporary position will provide essential support for an upcoming data migration by ensuring accurate, timely transfer and validation of information across systems. This role requires exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and enhance data workflows. The ideal candidate has experience working within LMS environments and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

Duration: 2-3 weeks
Primary Purposes
- Ensure timely, precise entry, validation, and correction of data within the LMS and related systems to meet immediate project and compliance deadlines.
- Manage course uploads, enrollments, reporting, and troubleshooting to support seamless learning operations.
Data Entry & Data Quality
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records across internal databases, LMS platforms, and tracking tools.
- Review and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Perform routine audits to identify issues and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow all data governance standards.
- Partner with the People Department, IT, and Operations teams to support organizational learning initiatives.
- Assist with data cleanup, migrations, and related projects.
- Hands-on experience with at least one Learning Management System (LMS).
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Experience with reporting or analytics tools.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms or training operations (e.g., UKG).
- Hands-on experience with Relias.
