We’re looking for experienced Caregivers who take pride in their work and are looking for a place where they can build lasting relationships, grow their skills, and stay for the long term.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care and daily support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other routines.
- Build trusting relationships with residents through companionship, patience, and encouragement.
- Follow resident service plans and communicate changes in needs, preferences, or condition to the care team.
- Respond to resident requests, pages, and call lights.
- Work closely with Med Techs, nurses, and other team members to provide consistent, person-centered care.
- Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
- Experience providing hands-on personal care to older adults is strongly preferred.
- A dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to caregiving.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to providing consistent, quality care and building lasting relationships with residents.
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Set schedules. No rotation. Consistent days off.
- Day: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Swing: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- NOC: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($1/hour NOC differential)
