As we look ahead to a busy Spring 2025 season, we are expanding our culinary team with cooks who want to be part of something exceptional, a kitchen that values craft, creativity, and the responsibility of caring for every guest who walks through our doors.
Our Commitment to Food‑Allergy Conscious Dining
Hospitality at The Springhouse means creating a place where every guest feels seen, safe, and genuinely welcome. As food allergies and dietary sensitivities become increasingly common in our community, we've made it a core part of our mission to build a menu and a culture that honors those needs with care and intention.
Our team is trained to understand and accommodate a wide range of allergies, including gluten sensitivities and Alpha‑Gal Syndrome, which is especially prevalent in the Ozarks. We approach this work with the same pride and precision that define our entire kitchen: thoughtful ingredient choices, clear communication, and a commitment to transparency.
For us, this isn't a trend, it's hospitality at its highest level. When a guest with dietary restrictions sits at our table, we want them to feel not like an exception, but like a valued part of our community.
