The Spring Wellness Center is seeking a warm, quick-moving, and highly professional receptionist to join our team. Our space is rooted in kindness, compassion, and genuine care, and we’re looking for someone whose natural presence reflects those values.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and support clients with a friendly, calming, professional demeanor
- Manage scheduling, check-ins, and client communication
- Answer phones, return messages, and assist with client needs
- Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk area
- Light cleaning duties to help keep the studio spotless and serene
- Support therapists and ensure the overall flow of the center runs smoothly
- Assist with and participate in social media content when needed (simple tasks like taking photos, recording short clips, helping capture the studio’s atmosphere) uploading videos
