Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Busser / Support Staff member to help create a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for our guests. This role is essential to maintaining smooth service by supporting servers and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and refilling water as needed.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to guests when needed.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and reliability.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
