What You Get as an Exclusive Listing Agent:

  • 40-50 Exclusive Seller Leads Per Month: Benefit from a steady stream of high-quality, pre-qualified leads that only our team has access to in the Kansas City area.
  • Lucrative Earning Potential: You will be closing at least 4 deals per month, and top agents in the country closing are 8-10 deals a month with these seller leads!
  • Live Connections: Receive 20% live connections with leads, and 80% of these turn into listings. No more chasing cold leads; these are clients ready to take action.
  • 10% Listing Agreement Expectation: Our proven systems and mentorship set you up to secure listing agreements from 10% of the leads you receive.
  • Professional Support: Listing Coordinator, professional photography, and signage are provided, allowing you to focus on selling and building your business.
  • Ultra-Competitive Pay Plan: Enjoy a lucrative compensation structure, including revenue share and stock awards through our brokerage.
  • Comprehensive Training and Support: Benefit from daily huddles, role-playing and continuous coaching.
  • Proven Success: In 2024, we closed over 300 transactions, totaling more than $100 million in volume. Last year we closed 395 transactions and over $115 million in 2025. You’ll be set up for immediate success with our track record and support.

Job Expectations:

  • Prospecting and Follow-Up: Dedicate 2-3 hours per day, Monday through Friday (9 am-12 pm), to prospecting and following up with leads. Afternoon and evening are focused on CMAs and listing presentations.
  • Lead Management: Respond to digital leads within 5-10 minutes and follow up via text, phone calls, and emails within 5 minutes between 9 am-9 pm.
  • Timely Touches: Complete the first three touches within 72 hours of receiving a new lead.
  • Weekly Meeting with Team Lead: Participate in weekly meetings for role-playing exercises, data review, and performance tracking.
  • Daily Huddle: Warm up for phone calls each day with the team to start the day strong.
  • Performance Expectations: Close a minimum of 4 deals per month, with the top agents closing 8-10 deals monthly.
  • 90-Day Probationary Period: Demonstrate your drive and potential within the first 90 days to continue on the team and reap all the exclusive benefits.
  • Professionalism: We provide a Listing Coordinator, professional photography, and signage to ensure your listings are showcased at the highest level.
