Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized station at all times.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Assist with prep, inventory, and specials as needed.

Requirements
- Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred (we're happy to train the right person!).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for great food.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
