Therapy Technician/Patient Care Coordinator
Gulf Shores, AL| Full-time
Start Date: July 1, 2026
**Required Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am-12:00 pm**

Were looking for a dependable, compassionate team member to join our Gulf Shores clinic in a full-time role supporting both pediatric therapy services and occasional front office operations.
This position will primarily function as a Therapy Technician while also being trained as a Patient Care Coordinator (front desk receptionist) to provide coverage during vacations, illnesses, and other scheduling needs.
About the Role
Therapy Technician Responsibilities
- Assist licensed therapists during pediatric therapy sessions
- Prepare treatment areas and therapy materials
- Escort and support patients and families throughout visits
- Encourage and assist children during therapy activities
- Support therapists with activities, paperwork, copies, and clinic needs
Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator Support
- Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed
- Collect co-pays and patient balances
- Support smooth, organized daily clinic operations
Clinic Cleaning & Organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties, including therapy rooms, gym areas, lobby, bathrooms, and common spaces

- Basic computer proficiency
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in a medical office, therapy setting, childcare, or customer service role is a plus, but not required
