Duties
- Greet guests and take orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Ensure that all food and beverages are served promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
- Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system with ease.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Upsell and promote menu items to increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer guest questions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service.
- Handle food and beverages with care to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
- Provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere to all guests.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Server.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in using a POS system.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry trays and heavy objects.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management.
