The Uniform Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting families and students with uniform purchases for local private schools.
In addition to customer assistance, the Retail Uniform Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming retail environment. Duties include stocking merchandise, replenishing inventory, organizing and merchandising displays, processing sales transactions, and ensuring the storefront is well-presented at all times. The associate works closely with team members to support daily store operations, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate product presentation.
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced retail setting. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with school uniform selection, sizing, and purchases.
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer service.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting areas, and storefront clean and presentable.
- Assist with inventory management and receiving shipments.
- Answer customer questions regarding school uniform requirements and store policies.
- Support overall store operations and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
Working Hours:
We are open Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm. We are offering an average of 20-24 hours per week for this position, but willing to offer more during peak season (Mid July to Mid August). Position is seasonal and will end when school opens back up.
