In this role, you will shape clinical strategy, strengthen partnerships with families and districts, and ensure every student receives coordinated, high-quality care aligned with their educational goals.

In this role, you will shape clinical strategy, strengthen partnerships with families and districts, and ensure every student receives coordinated, high-quality care aligned with their educational goals.
What You’ll Need
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work
- Valid LCSW in Connecticut for at least five years
- Active 071 School Social Work certification
- At least five years of clinical leadership experience managing staff and programs
- Deep expertise in child and adolescent mental health within an educational setting
- Lead and supervise a team of clinicians while providing mentorship and clinical guidance
- Oversee care coordination to ensure alignment with IEP goals and student needs
- Manage admissions including evaluations, referrals, and placement decisions
- Develop and implement clinical programming, crisis response, and intervention strategies
- Partner with educators, families, and community providers to support student success
