What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and communicate confidently in both English and Spanish
- Schedule appointments and help patients navigate their visits
- Assist patients with paperwork and administrative tasks
- Coordinate patient flow throughout the office
- Collect payments and guide patients through financial arrangements using proven communication systems
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth daily operation
- Work closely with the clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience
- Learn and follow established office systems and procedures

Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, or healthcare office is a plus—but it is not required.
We are happy to train the right person.
