**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Clerk to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing company health records and ensuring their accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create, process, and organize various health records and documents.
- Ensure that records are stored in a manner that they can be easily retrieved.
- Perform regular audits of records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in developing and maintaining efficient filing systems both digitally and physically.
- Handle requests for records and data retrieval promptly and accurately.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of records and information.
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate record-keeping tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in records management or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
