What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and team scheduling.
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
- Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to inspire customers and employees alike.
- Ensure the store remains beautifully maintained, well-stocked, and inviting.
- Handle administrative responsibilities, including cash management, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
- Retail management experience (2 years preferred).
- A passion for food, flavors, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale and operating systems.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and managing store operations.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
