Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Assist in organizing and managing various retail displays, stock levels, label management, and product organization
- Manage crowd control and conflict resolution effectively, ensuring a safe environment for all visitors
- Assist with manual tasks such as cleaning, labeling and assembling products, stocking, etc.
- Previous experience in boutique retail or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions ensures efficient guest interactions
- Knowledge of food safety protocols including allergen handling & food/ beverage prep
- Proven ability to manage conflict calmly and professionally in busy or challenging situations
- Strong communication skills for guest assistance, problem solving, and teamwork are essential for success

This is a seasonal position with guaranteed employment through January 1, 2027. Depending on performance and business needs, there is a strong possibility of transitioning to a part-time role after this date if desired.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 24.0 per week
