What Youll Do:
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
- Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
- Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
- Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
- Cross-train to help with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Eager to grow into leadership roles and take on increasing responsibility within the team.
- A passion for food, flavor, and making others feel welcome.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic technology.
