Spice Hut - Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team on a part-time basis (10–20 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

The Warehouse Associate will assist with product creation, production activities, packaging, labeling, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and create products according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with daily production activities and workflow.
• Package finished products accurately and professionally.
• Apply labels and verify product information before shipment.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Receive and organize inventory and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and production area.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or shipping experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lb. comfortably - will be repeatedly carrying heavy bags of product up a ladder.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule

• Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available
• Daytime hours preferred (warehouse operates from 9-5)
