About the Role:
A Branch Above at The Speech Tree is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide after-school ABA therapy in our Morganville Center and in-home in Marlboro to children on the autism spectrum (ASD). Location:
- Morganville Center (25 Kilmer Drive, Morganville, NJ)
- In Home (Monmouth County)
Schedule:
- Morning and early afternoon hours available
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years working with children with ASD preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available after school and evenings.
- Work Environment: Able to provide therapy in home, center, and community settings.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation required.
- Commitment: Flexible schedule and willingness to grow within the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
- Work 1:1 with children to support communication, social, and behavioral skills.
- Collect accurate data on client progress and report to the supervising BCBA.
- Provide family training and support to promote skill generalization.
- Participate in team meetings, training workshops, and professional development.
- Maintain detailed session notes and billing documentation.
- Foster a safe, positive, and engaging environment for each child.
