The Speech Pathology Group and Rehab Services of CT (SPGCT) is expanding its ABA services at our Shelton & Southbury, Connecticut locations! We are a private practice seeking a part-time or full-time BCBA to join our ABA team. We provide clinic-based and in-home services throughout Connecticut.

We need:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Connecticut
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in supervision.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with BACB supervision, hiring, and staff training.
- Must have 8-Hour Supervision training.
What you’ll do:
- Training for newly hired BTs and RBTs, including completing all required RBT competencies.
- Maintain a smaller caseload, delivering 24 hours of billable direct therapy services per week.
- Travel between Shelton and Southbury clinics as needed to supervise staff and provide clinical services.
- Collaborate with BCBA’s regarding technicians and their clients.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review ongoing performance, offering guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations for BTs and RBTs.
- Collaborate with the Head of ABA Clinic and ABA Department Manager on clinical needs, program updates, and staff development initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
- Performance Reviews of BTs/RBTs yearly
- 90-day Check-in for all BTs/RBTs
- Oversee all RBT competencies and supervision requirements
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
