We are seeking a confident, motivated, and entrepreneurial Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with at least three years of pediatric experience who is excited about the opportunity to build and grow our Occupational Therapy department. This is an ideal position for a clinician who enjoys taking initiative, developing relationships with families and referral sources, and becoming a leader within a growing private practice.

What We Offer
- Starting Salary: $90,000 to $115,000
- Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates relocating to Arizona. We offer up to $7,500 in relocation assistance to help make your transition to Arizona easier.
Relocation support may be used toward eligible moving and transition expenses. Specific terms and eligibility requirements will be discussed during the interview and offer process.
What You'll Do
As one of the founding members of our OT department, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapy.
- Build and maintain your own caseload through exceptional clinical care and relationship-building.
- Educate families and empower caregivers through collaborative coaching.
- Develop relationships with physicians, schools, and community referral sources.
- Represent the practice at community events, screenings, and educational presentations.
- Help develop specialty programs within the clinic.
- Collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists and other professionals to provide interdisciplinary care.
- Mentor future team members as the department continues to grow.

- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
- Has 2 years of pediatric clinical experience
- Confident in clinical decision-making and independent practice
