Monday - 7am - 4pm
Wednesday 7 am -4 pm
Friday 7 am - 12 noon
Main duties - Welcome and assist patients in the main entrance lobby.
GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Guest Relations Representative PT.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position purpose
The purpose of this position is to provides a positive experience between patients, staff, physicians and the facility.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

- Courteously greet patients, visitors, and other clients, determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate person or treatment area.
- Provides general office support and clerical duties as assigned.
- Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and associates alike
- Serves as a source of information for all customers, visitors and vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
Experience: One (1) year experience in customer service required.

Performance Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient technical (computer) skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Self-motivated with initiative.
- Strong sense of ethics.
