After a career as a C-level Director of Communications, I founded this organization to continue supporting individuals in their personal growth while creating a flexible, purpose-driven career that allows for true time freedom and meaningful work.
We are now expanding and seeking a small number of growth-minded professionals to join our team. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who are ambitious, service-oriented, and passionate about personal development and leadership.

- Commit to ongoing personal and leadership development
- Set and achieve personal and financial goals
- Conduct discovery calls as part of daily outreach and relationship-building
- Follow up with prospective clients and partners
- Engage with a supportive, purpose-driven team
- (Optional but encouraged) Attend live global events to deepen connection, learning, and momentum
