Now, were bringing our mission to Virginia to continuekeeping people out of institutional careand strengthening families through community-based services.What Youll DoDeliver Family Centered Treatment using a trauma-informed, family-driven approachProvide clinical training, supervision, and coaching to FCT PractitionersEnsure model fidelity and quality outcomes across service teamsCollaborate with leadership to support SPARCs mission and valuesWho You AreLicensed clinician in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or related)Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in behavioral or mental healthStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsCommitted to family preservation and solution-focused, evidence-based carePrior FCT experience preferred, but not required.FCT Trainers who complete full FCT certification within six months receive a$1,500 bonus; within nine months,$1,000 bonus.Why SPARC?At SPARC, we believe in whole-person carefor our clientsandour staff.
