What you’ll do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Perform regular floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure a spotless environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with janitorial tasks including trash removal and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct routine inspections of the lobby area to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Support hotel operations by assisting other departments during peak times or special events.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus.
