Position Overview
This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in both operations and sales. You will oversee daily spa operations, support team performance, drive membership sales, improve client retention, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is comfortable coaching staff, managing performance, and actively contributing to revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support front desk and guest experience teams
- Drive membership sales and retention initiatives
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth client flow and service excellence
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
- Improve client satisfaction, rebooking, and retention rates
- Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain staffing schedules and operational coverage
- Partner with ownership to implement growth strategies and operational improvements

Requirements
2 years of management or leadership experience
