Our South Jordan location is looking for an experienced, positive, and driven Spa Manager to lead an incredible team and help continue the success of one of Utah’s premier day spas.

Position Overview

As the Spa Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our South Jordan spa while leading a talented team of massage therapists, estheticians, nail technicians, and guest experience coordinators.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, building a positive team culture, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

You will work closely with ownership and our leadership team to maintain operational excellence, achieve business goals, and continue developing one of Utah’s top spa teams.

This is a full-time salaried leadership position requiring on-site management and weekend availability required.

What You’ll Do

● Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 30 employees

● Maintain exceptional guest service standards and ensure consistent service quality

● Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop new team members

● Support employee growth through coaching, accountability, and regular feedback

● Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing needs

● Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating positive outcomes

● Ensure appointment accuracy and proper provider scheduling

● Monitor inventory levels and assist with product ordering

● Complete daily operational reports and manager checklists

● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment

● Collaborate with ownership and fellow managers to improve operations and achieve company goals

● Help create a positive, supportive culture where employees enjoy coming to work

What We’re Looking For

● 2 years of management or leadership experience (spa, salon, hospitality, retail, fitness, medical office, or related industries preferred)

● Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills

● Strong organizational and time-management abilities

● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

● Positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset

● Professional, dependable, and accountable

● Comfortable handling difficult conversations with both guests and employees

● Strong computer and technology skills

● Weekend and evening availability

● Passion for customer service and developing great teams
