About us

The Spa at the Woods is the premier spa in Killington, Vermont, with a full-service Spa and Wellness treatments, an indoor pool, hot tub, steam and sauna, and a fully-equipped fitness center.

We are seeking a part-time Winter Seasonal Spa Attendant to support our busy winter season. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized space, and thrives in a high-end customer service environment.

Duties Include:

• Greet and assist spa guests as appropriate
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, relaxation areas, pool, hot tub, steam, and sauna facilities
• Stock and tidy spa supplies, towels, launder robes, sheets, and blankets as directed
• Support therapists and front desk staff with guest needs and facility upkeep
• Maintain effective guest relations by being attentive, courteous, and professional
• Report for scheduled shifts promptly and be prepared for work
• Work cooperatively and professionally with all staff

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a busy environment
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Comfortable working in humid, poolside and laundry environments
• Weekends and Holidays
• Reliable transportation
