What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Desk Representative position at The Spa at the Woods?
The Spa Desk Representative is the first point of contact for our guests at The Spa at The Woods, so the right candidate will possess a strong sense of professionalism. 3 years of work experience, computer experience a plus.
Duties include:
~ Multitasking with phone, computer, and face-to-face interactions
~ Providing outstanding hospitality
~ Anticipating guest needs
~ Directing guests through the facility
~ Use of spa software to check guests in and out, take payments, schedule appointments
~ Closing and opening shifts as needed
~ Maintaining cleanliness of facilities, as well as laundering linens used in treatments
~ Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift and move up to 40lbs
~ Learning about and understanding spa treatments and procedures
~ Assisting Director with a variety of administrative tasks
We are currently seeking someone to fill 10-20 hours per week. Must be available to work holidays and weekends as those are the available shifts and our busiest times.
