Lead Front Desk Supervisor

Join our leadership team at The Spa and help create an atmosphere of peaceful harmony for our guests and staff. The Lead Front Desk Supervisor supports the daily operations of the front desk while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, a positive team culture, and smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their leadership career. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on professional with supervisory or team leadership experience who enjoys leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. As the Lead Front Desk Supervisor, you'll work alongside the management team to oversee the daily front desk operation, support scheduling, onboard and train new team members, coach staff, assist with sales initiatives, manage guest relations, maintain inventory, and help ensure operational standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, team lead, or assistant management experience required (spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or customer service environments preferred)
• Experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, luxury hotel, or customer service environment preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and building positive relationships
• Comfortable coaching, motivating, and supporting a team while leading by example
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling, booking software, and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Hotel spa or luxury hospitality experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate
• Post-secondary education preferred
• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential

Schedule

• Friday through Tuesday
• Shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Weekends required

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
