Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program Reset your career with our intensive 90-day training designed to sharpen the skills and knowledge essential for success as a REALTOR in today’s market. On average, agents close or have 3.4 transactions pending during this focused period.
- Implement real estate lead generation systems weekly
- Secure buyers and sellers
- Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
- Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation, conversion, and appointment setting
- Host a minimum of four open houses each month
- Participate actively in team lead generation events and activities
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Minimize administrative tasks with our full time admin team ready to work for you.
Qualifications
- Current and valid NEW MEXICO REAL ESTATE LICENSE required
- Collaborative team member
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques
- Proficient in managing time effectively
- Upholds strong ethical principles and integrity
- Receptive to feedback, enthusiastic about learning, and adaptable to coaching
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential
