Responsibilities

• Complete the 90-day PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program to sharpen skills and close an average of 3.4 transactions.
• Use PLACE lead generation systems weekly to build a consistent pipeline of buyers and sellers.
• Sign buyers and sellers by mastering our proven consultation, offer writing, marketing, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate offers using effective scripts and techniques to create win-win deals for clients.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation, appointment setting, and task tracking in PLACE Technology.
• Host a minimum of three open houses each month, balancing work and personal time.
• Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, 1:1 coaching, and training sessions to continuously improve.
• Utilize our admin support team to reduce your marketing and transaction workload by 75%.
  
  

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
