Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property listings across various channels.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress.
- Stay informed about current market conditions, real estate laws, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Coordinate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within the industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and local market trends.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies and tools for property promotion.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trustful relationships with clients.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain licensing as required by local regulations.
- Prior experience in real estate administrative tasks is preferred but not mandatory.
