We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Playground Site Installation Technicians. In this role, you’ll travel throughout the region installing commercial playground equipment for schools, parks, and communities.
This position involves occasional overnight travel during the week, with most weekends at home.

What We Offer
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
- Weekly hours: 45–50 hours on average
- Overtime available most weeks
- Paid travel time
- Company-paid hotel and meals when working out of town
$1,000 New Hire Bonus
- $500 after 30 days ( $0.25 raise)
- $250 after 90 days ( $0.25 raise)
- $250 after 180 days ( $0.50 raise)

What You’ll Do
- Install commercial playground equipment and site components
- Assist in the preparation of job sites including perimeter layout and establishing correct component locations
- Assist with concrete mixing and pouring
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Follow safety standards and supervisor direction
- Work as part of a professional, team-oriented crew
This role requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Rigging techniques and material handling skills
- Jobsite coordination and crew leadership development

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability and willingness for occasional overnight travel
- 1–2 years of construction experience and knowledge
