We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, development, and execution of SCADD's marketing, communications, and outreach efforts — helping to amplify our mission and connect our programs and services to the communities we serve.

What You'll Do:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key contributor to SCADD's visibility, brand, and community presence. Working collaboratively with internal teams and under the direction of the Director of Development, you will help ensure our messaging is consistent, compelling, and reaches the people who need it most.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the implementation of SCADD's marketing strategy by assisting with campaign planning, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating promotional activities
- Coordinate outreach presentations, conferences, events, and meetings by organizing logistics, developing schedules, managing mailing lists, and establishing community contacts
- Coordinate, communicate, and distribute branded materials, timelines, and promotional guidance to internal teams
- Maintain an inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all resources are accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards; assist with the development of new materials as needed
- Collaborate across departments to promote programs, events, and organizational initiatives across multiple platforms
- Support the development of integrated marketing content across channels — including social media, website, email, and print — with attention to SEO/SEM best practices
- Assist with project and event budgets and support coordination of resources to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Identify and research new community engagement and outreach opportunities, providing recommendations to the Director of Development
- Collaborate with the Director of Development to support sponsorship opportunities and community partnerships that enhance SCADD's visibility and align with organizational priorities
- Assist in the creation, production, and distribution of marketing and communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, and digital content, ensuring consistent branding
- Support the maintenance of brand standards and style guidelines across all materials
- Serve as a passionate ambassador for SCADD's mission — conveying energy, meaning, and purpose through advocacy and community engagement
- Some evenings, weekends, and local travel for events required
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree with 1 year of related experience, or Associate's degree with 3 years of related experience required
- Valid Driver's License with the ability to drive an agency vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, resonant messaging for a variety of audiences
- Experience with social media, digital content creation, and multi-channel marketing; familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design or content management tools preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
