Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans, as well as supervise 2 experienced COTAs. You'll work directly with our multidisciplinary team including chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Join our comprehensive healthcare team at The Source Wellness Center, with 2 locations located in Rahway and Metuchen NJ. We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work as part of our collaborative treatment approach in this dynamic, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement care plans for new and existing patients
- Provide therapeutic activities and manual therapies
- Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities including:
- Graston therapy
- Ultrasound therapy
- Electrical muscle stimulation
- Shockwave therapy
- Complete training associated with the above modalities
- Other specialized techniques and modalities
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing records in our software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Complete all medical notes and billing submissions
- Complete all authorization and insurance requests regarding OT services
- Supervise COTAs on a weekly basis
- Provide coverage for COTAs as needed
- Communicate effectively with the occupational therapist assistants and other team members
- Attend and promote marking events as needed
Required Qualifications
- OTR/L certification
- Valid state license in New Jersey
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
