Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Sioux Falls, SD. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and providing excellent customer service. The Barista will also assist with food preparation, uphold the company's standards of quality, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests. Collaboration with team members to ensure smooth daily operations is essential.
