The Source Cafe is looking for experienced prep cooks. Flexible schedule with evening hours 6 pm - 12 / 2 am. We are proud to be the authority for clean organic food in the South Bay.
Full time and part time positions available.
Previous Prep Experience Required.
Flexible schedule
Responsibilities include:
Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.
Prepare components to dishes such as salads, entrees etc.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
