Description:
This role is responsible for supporting senior sales representatives by generating and booking qualified appointments with prospective clients. The position focuses on outbound and inbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting to help drive company growth. Success in this role is measured by appointment volume, quality, and attendance rates, while maintaining accurate tracking and consistent follow-through within company systems.
Requirements:- Book a minimum of 15–20 qualified appointments per month
- Maintain a 65% appointment sit rate
- Complete daily outbound calling activity (targeting 125 dials per day)
- Follow up on inbound leads to qualify and schedule appointments
- Execute outbound campaigns according to scripts, cadence, and process
- Accurately track all activities and submit weekly reports
- Confirm, prepare, and coordinate all scheduled appointments
- Follow up on no-shows and cancellations to reschedule
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the CRM
- Properly use CRM, dialer, and scheduling tools
- Send pre-meeting materials to scheduled prospects
- Complete assigned tasks within the CRM on time
- Stay informed on current campaigns, promotions, and messaging
- Participate in daily huddles, weekly meetings, and training sessions
- Assist with trade shows, events, and booth staffing as needed
- Support list building and data cleanup efforts
