Role Description
This is a full-time, ons-site for an Account Administrator located in Waukegan,IL> The Account Adminstrator is an entry-level role that supports the Account Executive with daily order coordination and event activations. This position helps keep orders organized, on schedule, and moving smoothly from inventory to production. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable handling email communication in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Help process incoming orders and event activations
• Track orders to make sure shipping deadlines and timelines are met
• Work with the inventory manager to receive incoming shipments
• Assist with preparing orders for production
• Keep order and inventory records accurate and up to date
• Communicate order updates internally and respond to emails as needed
• Support the Account Executive with general order and administrative tasks
Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Some college coursework is a bonus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with professional email communication
• Previous experience with accounts, order processing, sales support, or customer service is helpful but not required
• Ability to work well with sales, inventory, and production teams
