Solar Sales Closer (Contractor — High Commission, Earnings Floor, Real Appointments)

About the Role
Solar Scouts is seeking elite communicators to run qualified appointments and close residential solar and storage projects. We provide live-set, verified appointments from trained setters. No door-knocking required.

Pay Structure
Commission is based on monthly performance tier:
- Red Tier: 0% of installed revenue
- Yellow Tier: 1.5%
- Green Tier: 2.5%
- Elite Tier: 3.5%
Example: Average deal = $55,000 Elite tier = $1,925 per install 10 installs/month = $19,250
Minimum Earnings Guarantee:
Solar Scouts provides a performance-contingent minimum earnings guarantee of $6,000 during the 90-day onboarding period.
Responsibilities
- Run preset appointments
- Perform complete discovery & needs analysis
- Use our proven pitch structure and objections framework
- Build proposals using our tools
- Present pricing logically and confidently
- Close deals via documented process
- Maintain CRM hygiene
- Participate in training & roleplay sessions

- Prior sales experience
