We are hiring a full-time, remote Solar Consultant to help clients transition to solar energy. This role involves conducting consultations, analyzing energy needs, recommending tailored solar solutions, and guiding clients through every step of the solar acquisition process. The Solar Consultant will engage with prospective clients, explain energy-saving benefits, and address inquiries about solar technology and financing options. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize client experiences is also a key responsibility.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, including building relationships and understanding client needs
- Familiarity with the solar industry, energy incentives, financing options, and renewable energy trends
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital sales platforms
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client consultations and follow-ups
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in the energy or renewable energy sector is a plus
