Your Impact as a Resident Assistant (Caregiver)

• Provide hands-on care and support with activities of daily living

• Help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life

• Encourage engagement, comfort, and connection

• Support residents living in Assisted Living and Memory Care

Team members working in Memory Care help provide consistency, reassurance, and meaningful engagement for residents experiencing memory loss.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED

• Certification not required

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP)

• Memory Care experience is a plus

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
