The Society of Preservation Med Spa is a modern, elevated aesthetic destination opening in the heart of historic downtown Charleston early to mid August.

Founded by Kim Drake, a South Carolina native with 18 years in medical device sales and 4years in clinical medicine, The Society is intentionally building an elite, high-performing, provider-forward environmentcentered around clinical excellence, innovation, and exceptional patient experience.

We are selectively seeking a skilled, relationship-driven Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with aesthetic medicine experience to join our founding provider team.

This is for the provider who is motivated by uncapped growth, elevated clinical artistry, and the opportunity to build within a luxury aesthetic destination designed for long-term success.

The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will:

• Perform advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments
• Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Perform laser therapies and advanced cosmetic procedures
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain detailed medical documentation
• Deliver an elevated luxury patient experience
• Stay current with evolving aesthetic innovations and techniques

Qualifications Required

• Current South Carolina NP or PA licensure
• Minimum 2 years of aesthetic medicine experience
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Cosmetic injectables
• Dermal fillers
• Neurotoxins
• Laser-based treatments
• Strong consultation and treatment-planning expertise
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to refined, natural aesthetic outcomes

• Existing clientele
• Prior med spa experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Relationship-driven patient retention ability
• High-performance revenue production history
