Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative, driven Marketing & Social Media Intern to support brand growth, content creation, and event marketing throughout the summer. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with the founder and team to execute real campaigns, create engaging content, and help shape the voice of a growing brand.
Responsibilities- Create and assist in posting content across Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, short-form video)
- Capture in-store and event content (photo video) for marketing use
- Develop UGC-style content that aligns with current social trends
- Assist in promoting events, launches, and collaborations
- Create event recap content (photo/video edits, highlight posts)
- Support brand awareness initiatives and local community outreach
- Brainstorm and pitch creative marketing ideas and campaigns
- Assist with light graphic design (flyers, menus, social graphics)
- Monitor social media engagement and trends
- Currently enrolled at Syracuse University (Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social trends
- Creative eye for content and storytelling
- Comfortable shooting and editing content on iPhone or similar devices
- Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills
- Interest in branding, events, hospitality, or entrepreneurship
- Positive, energetic, and collaborative attitude
