Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Barista at The Society, located in Syracuse, NY. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, juice, and smoothies while providing excellent customer service to our community. You will engage with customers, ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Certain administrative or preparatory responsibilities may be completed remotely as part of the hybrid arrangement.
Qualifications
- Proficient in barista skills and food preparation
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Punctual, dependable, and eager to create memorable experiences for customers
