Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic food and beverage team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert knowledge of our menu, and efficient order management. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items and recommend specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Manage tables efficiently by coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and provide correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist with food handling and preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Support other team members with tasks such as food running, host/host duties, or nightclubbing responsibilities when required.
• Follow all sanitation protocols including proper food handling, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while respecting guest preferences.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting accurately.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
