Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients to ensure timely dish delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Support cooking processes by following recipes and instructions from chefs or managers
• Handle food handling tasks responsibly, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures
• Buss tables and assist with clearing dishes to facilitate smooth service flow during busy hours
• Support banquet and special event setups by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring quality standards are met
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, maintain efficiency, and uphold excellent customer service

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or kitchen environments
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and serve guests professionally
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation practices
• Experience working in hotel or banquet settings is a plus
• Passion for hospitality, cooking, and delivering outstanding customer experiences
